Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. After you schedule your appointment online, you will receive an email with access information to your client portal account. Please sign into your portal account to complete your required paper work and upload needed documents.

We use a HIPAA secure protected platform within your client portal account to conduct your tele health session. This platform can be accessed from any smart device or computer. Simply click the link provided in your appointment confirmation. You will be taken to your appointment waiting room.
